I can't say that someone strictly made a recreation of a podcast or a News broadcast in film form (YouTube included) but the slightly more meta version of this does exist.
There are broadcasts or recordings of Radio channel studios of everybody talking behind their mics live.
Chris Evans breakfast show is, of course, a morning program on working days at BBC Radio 2
This the best example you could come up with since a recording of the live broadcast is a perfect adaption. Then again it's not quite an adaption. This years (2017) 'The Disaster Artist' is more of an adaption than this example because it tries to recreate the events of making 'The Room'.
